    LaWanda has been in active ministry for over 40 years, serving alongside her husband, Rex, in pastoral roles as well as speaking in retreats and conferences and managing the Dayspring Radio Ministry office. She currently serves as Co-Pastor on the pastoral team at Cornerstone Community Church in St. Petersburg, Florida as well as serving as President of Women's Ministries International. She also speaks at women's conferences throughout the United States and abroad.

    She and her husband have two sons, Jonathan, living in Los Angeles; Brittian, married to Jessie, living in Vancouver, Washington, and their two sons, Ransom Brittian, 3 1/2 years old, and Judah Easton, 2 years old. Their daughter, Sherilyn and son-in-law, Allan, live in Tualatin, Oregon, a suburb of Portland, and have blessed them with two grandsons, Gordon James, 7 years old and Canon Rex, 5 years old.

    Leland "Lee" Crist serves Cornerstone Community Church as executive pastor. Born and reared in Indiana, Lee graduated from Marion College (now Indiana Wesleyan University) with degrees in History, Political Science and Religion.
       
    For over thirty years, Pastor Lee has been involved in various Christian ministries ranging from local pastorates to denominational service. For several years he was chief executive officer and general director of the Wesleyan Pension Fund. In addition to his responsibilities at Cornerstone, Lee is a part-time regional representative for the Free Methodist Foundation. He currently serves on the South Atlantic Conference Board of Administration and Avon Park Holiness Camp Board of Trustees. Pastor Lee has a long affiliation with World Gospel Mission, an interdenominational world missions organization. He is an ordained elder in the Free Methodist Church.
       
    Lee is married to Paula Crist. Paula is East Region Missionary Coach and Development Officer for World Gospel Mission. She has extensive experience in human resources, office management and Christian lay ministry. The couple has two grown daughters, Lindsay (Sy) Sparks in Marion, Indiana and Lenae (Henry) Kidd in Milford, Indiana. Lenae and Henry have blessed Lee and Paula with four grandchildren; Henry, Chelsea, Brandon and Britney.

    Pastor Michael Boyd serves as the Teaching Pastor for Cornerstone. He is currently teaching an Adult Sunday School Bible Study. Over the years he has taught various Small Groups and Bible Studies, including studies for young teens, and children's groups.

    Mike received his Bachelors of Arts degree from Eckerd College in 1991. He received his ordination from the Free Methodist Church in 1996 and has served as a Pastor over Small Groups as well as the Men's Ministry in the past 10 years.

    Mike has also served on various boards at Cornerstone during his decade of service; including Trustees, Official Board Member and served as the Chairman of the Building Committee of the current building.

    Mike and his wife, Rosita have been married for 31+ years and have attended Cornerstone for over 22 years. They have three children and are blessed with three grandchildren.

    Rev. Donald E. Keeling, an ordained Deacon has served Cornerstone Community Church for the most of 15 years. Prior to service at Cornerstone he pastored in Illinois.

    Pastor Don is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University with a B.S. in business administration and Northern Illinois University with an M.C. in Education. He did further graduate work at the University of Chicago.

    He emphasizes that people are our first concern and we desire to serve them in a way they find helpful either through education, counseling, fellowship, or worship.

    Carole is Administrative Assistant at Cornerstone and devotes her time to the operational side of ministry. She is gifted in organization, but is truly one who loves people and is involved in the lives of so many.

    In addition to her other responsibilities Carole is Director of Care Ministries and she facilitates Divorce Care. She also serves on the executive board of WINGS, which is a part of Cornerstone's Women's Ministry organization.

    Having moved from Edinboro, PA, in 1999, Carole and her husband David began attending Cornerstone because of its warm and friendly people. They immediately became involved in church life and are thrilled to be here

    Genniser serves as the Director of Youth Ministries at Cornerstone. He has just recently accepted the full-time position although he has been actively ministering to the teens while attending Cornerstone for the past seven years.

    He is a native Floridian and has lived in St. Petersburg all his life. Genniser spent his Elementary and High School years attending Keswick Christian School, He graduated High School in 1995, and spent his college years attending St. Pete College and the University of South Florida.

    Thanks to one of his first grade teachers at Keswick, Genniser came to know the Lord at the very early age of six. His devotion for ministering to teens matured more fully after he graduated High School, and since then, he delights in sharing God's grace with all teens possible, giving them the opportunity to meet Christ, and welcoming them into a larger Home, the "sanctuary" of God's Church.

    Vivian majored in voice and minored in piano music at Olivet Nazarene College.  She started singing at the age of two.  Vivian and her husband Albert Welsh were song evangelists for many years. They pastored churches  in Florida and later in St. Louis, MO where they were ministering in the inner city. They were blessed with four children, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. 

    She became an ordained deacon in 2003. She is a facilitator for GriefShare, works with people who have special needs and participates in the worship music in the early service with piano and voice.   "I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live. I will sing praise to my God while I have my being." Psalm 104:33. She has been living for Jesus as His servant for over seventy years.

    Dr. Ray has served as senior pastor in Kansas and California, a church planter and pastor in Michigan, and Conference Superintendent in Florida. He also served the Free Methodist denomination for eight years at the World Ministry Center in Indianapolis, Indiana as Director of Evangelism and Church Growth for churches in North America.

    He has been actively involved in leading training seminars, training denominational church consultants and leading conference and local church consultations for churches of various sizes throughout the United States. In addition to serving as Director of Evangelism at Cornerstone Community Church Dr. Ray serves as Director of the Church Consulting Network for the Free Methodist Church in North America.
